This pesto is vegan. Whether you spread it on a sandwich, mix it into a pasta dish, or use it as a dip, the pesto is sure to elevate any dish. It's a healthy indulge! 

 

This season we have two varieties: 

 

Basil & Arugula - Peppery arugula combined with sweet basil into a creamy punchy pesto. Contains peanuts.

 

Radish leaf & Kale - Superpowered kale with a lovely flavour of radish. Vegan. Does not contain nuts.

  • Indian summer's offer few fresh greens. Traditionally, communities moved to eating pulses for the summer or preserving greens to extend their life. Today, we've become used to greens available year-round. Growing greens unseasonally makes producers choose alternative growing methods like material-intensive greenhouses, feed and energy-intensive hydroponics, hybrid seeds, or pesticides.

    As opposed to growing something when nature doesn't host an environment for it, we look to more natural methods of preservation. Thus is the birth of pestos from Vrindavan Farm. Preserving the greens in olive oil allows us to extend their nutritional availability through the warmer months without compromising on clean, well-grown food.
