RETURNS

Given the nature of fresh produce, we cannot accept returns. That said, quality matters to us. We will gladly replace any items that were of poor quality leaving the source. Get in touch with us if you think this is you! 

Fresh and perishable produce such as our salads, fruits, and herbs, cannot be returned. If you live outside of Mumbai, we do not advice that you order fresh produce from us. 

We thrive on the quality of our produce and products. We will investigate any case that a return is requested due to poor quality of item shipped. 

We do our best when packing our produce and products before they leave the farm. That said, we cannot be held responsible for any damage during transit. 

We partner with couriers and insure parcels that are being shipped to you. If orders are lost and do not reach you, please let us know. We will work with the delivery partners to reimburse this loss. 

We also do not accept gift cards.

Refunds (if applicable)
All refunds are investigated on a case-by-case basis. If it is found to be due to the poor quality of produce or products sent from our end, we will gladly replace or refund the amount of the produce. However, if it is out of our control, for example, shipping damage or a request for fresh produce outside of Mumbai, we cannot be held responsible and will not process a refund. If you are approved for a refund, we will process it immediately. 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us at vrindavanfarm@gmail.com.

 

If we have processed it, you could check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Or contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
 

We only replace items if they are of poor quality when leaving the farm. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at vrindavanfarm@gmail.com and send your item to: Farmers Tree c/o Bhatia, 4 Vishnu Mahal, D Road, Marine Drive, Mumbai, MH, 400020, India.

Gifts
 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping
 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4 Vishnu Mahal, D Road, Marine Drive, Mumbai, MH, 400020, India.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs. 5,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
