We're growing three beautiful organic varieties of kale - smooth german, lacinato, red russian.
The season for kale is short, get it while it lasts.

RECIPE TIPS
Salad - Tear the leaves into bite sizes. Add crushed roasted peanuts and roasted hemp seeds. Massage the mix with coconut oil. Massaging well, mixes the oils into the leaves and helps it breakdown easily.
Stir fry - Chop the leaves, including midrib. Lightly fry them. If you're adding other ingredients to the stirfry, the leaves should go in last so they have minimal heat exposure.
STORE: Wrapped in a moist musclin & regrigerated. It'll keep fresh for upto a week.
