Thecha

A traditional thecha - pure chili, freshly hand pounded in a bit of garlic. It's the kind of heat that goes with everything - rice, dal, breakfast eggs, cheese toast.. This one will last you a while. 
 
Do note the chilies are not grown on the farm. That said, almost every visitor that has eaten at the farm has asked for this thecha. So, here it is.
