Cassia Tora, Takla, is a wild monsoon edible that can be cooked like you would spinach. Its leaves are a good source of micronutrients, including vitamins (A, B1, B2, C) and minerals (calcium, iron, zinc). They also contain fiber and various healthy phytochemicals.
