The pomelo tree at our sister farm* has been letting out cannonballs. We've enjoyed the fruit as is, in salads, but this year, we've finally jammed it! My own childhood favourite is the bitter sweet of a marmalade, so it's extra special to be able to bring this to you. 
 
Like all our jams, this one has been made in small batches, as the fruit have ripened. It is prepared with sulphur-free sugar. It doesnt not contain any added preservatives or colours. 
 
* Purnamadhu Van follows our farming practices. It's greening has been designed by the farmers of Vrindavan. 
 
STORE: Cool and dry. Refrigerate once opened.
