All our vinegars are wild fermented. They are raw and active with the Mother, strains of floating, sitting substance. It is the Mother that is said to carry all the health benefits. Vinegars were taken as medicine in ancient Greece, a shot each morning.
 
This particular vinegar is from our homegrown ripe mangoes. It is a light vinegar, packed in 300ml jars. We have batched the following varieties: 
   Batli - sweetish, light
   Kesar - like rainbows, light
   Rajapuri - strong
   Hapus - sweet, light
   Dasseri - light
