A caffeine-free loose leaf herbal tea.


This tea combines 9 herbs and spices, including lemongrass, tulsi, mint. Lemongrasss detoxes, is rich in antioxidants and boosts metabolism. Tulsi simply put, is a body tonic. Mint cools in the summer.  


TO PREPARE: Bring a cup of water to a boil and turn off the gas. Pour this hot water over one spoon of herb in a cup and keep covered for 5-7 minutes. Strain and sip. 


TO PREPARE ICED TEA: Follow the same process, except measure out a bottle of water, not a cup. Use double the herb quantity. Allow it to sit overnight (12 hours). Strain and refrigerate. Splash in ice cubes, honey, and a squeeze of lime while drinking.  


SERVES: ~ 25 cups
